While care is taken to present accurate information, lottery rules and procedures may change at the provincial level. Users are encouraged to independently confirm current requirements relevant to their location before relying on provided content.

Access to the platform is permitted only in compliance with Canadian laws governing lott-related information and age eligibility. Individuals who do not meet provincial age requirements are not permitted to use the service, and verification checks may be applied.

The use of automated tools or scripts to extract platform data is prohibited without prior written approval. Personal, manual review of content is allowed provided it does not interfere with system performance or other users.

Any disputes arising from platform use are governed by Canadian law, with preference given to resolution through discussion before formal proceedings. Where necessary, arbitration may be applied within the appropriate provincial jurisdiction.

Access may be ended either at the user’s request or by the platform in cases of policy violations. Following termination, data handling will follow the procedures outlined in the Privacy Policy.
